for Panasonic SMP Users

Tier 3 support is now available for Panasonic point of sale (POS) software. Support services are available on an incident basis. The price for each support ticket is $250. Support tickets may be purchased at a 20% discount in groups of 10 for $2000.

Each ticket entitles the user to up to four hours of technical support to solve a single issue. As much of Panasonic System Manager Pro (SMP) software has been discontinued, a software bug may be found. In this case, Bunt Software will work with you to find "work arounds" for the problem.
