Hello! All of our restaurants use the JS-780WS but we have never seen one break after being stored.
When we plugged it in it just froze in the black start up screen... after a minute we unplugged it and went to maintenance mode, I noticed the time got messed up so I set it back to date. It did boot up into the main screen afterwards but it was kind of wrong... the background color changed to black and nothing I key in seems to work. It just keeps displaying *4079* error with no description what so ever... also SMP couldn't connect to it even though its plugged into a working Ethernet plug.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.Laugh
